Resort entertainment

I'm planning on doing a lot of resort hopping on my next trip and I was wondering where I could find information on entertainment at the resorts. I know the Polynesian has the torch lighting ceremony and there's a band at the Grand Floridian. Is there anything similar at other resorts that I should check out?

Jugglers and Magicians on the Boardwalk in the evenings.

I've stayed at the Boardwalk twice, and never seen them.. when are they usually out?

I've seen them around early evening. Usually when we're coming or going to a dinner.
