Resort Email Conformation TROUBLE???!

Ok I made a reservation with Disney for next Feb about a month ago... I never received an email confirmation or a mailing confirmation... I was able to see it online.. so it was no big deal I called last week changing my room only ressie to April 2013 and I also changed the resort.. So they did it all and kept the same confirmation #. I have called Disney 3x and still no email confirmation...and they keep saying they are sending it.. Ive checked the email address they have.. and it is correct.. and I am unable to see my reservation online bc of the fact it was changed... but still the same confirmation 3??? That is what they are telling me.. They do have the reservation in the computer but ID LIKE A COPY!!! I dont know if it is because it is a handicapped room...??? Has this happened to anyone before..?
 
Make sure it is not going to your spam folder. I have had things go there before. I had to search through several days of spam to find the right email and get it back into my regular inbox.

Most likely your internet provider is detecting it as spam. Happens a lot on my work computer; I work for a very large corporation that has a huge fire wall.

I have to have any items such as my Disney mail sent to my private account.
 

I have that problem sometimes when I make reservations over the phone instead of online. A couple times I've had to request a snail mail confirmation because the email just didn't come through. Disney sends a ton of email to my email address, so I know it's right and I get other Disney confirmations just fine. I think it has something to do with the system the phone CM's use. So if you continue to have problems, ask for a snail mail confirmation.

The only thing I never, ever get via email is a pin :rolleyes: . . . .

I am having a similar problem! I recently modified my res from 2 rooms at WL to a villa and although everything is fine on their website, the email confirmations I have gotten after 3 phone calls and an email (which took them a week to reply to) have the wrong information. This has never happened to me before and we have gone several times. I am not freaking out or anything because the details on the website and all my ADRs are correct. But when they finally sent me another supposedly correct email confirmation and I clicked on "get details" they had the wrong departure date (even though arrival and number of nights were correct) and they gave us a grand gathering number and we are not a grand gathering!
I hope you get your problem resolved soon. I did make my res by phone, but like I said, even though the website is correct, I have yet to receive a correct email.

Well I FINALLY got a confirmation send in air mail and its for the previous dates before I changed it!!!!!!!!!!!! Guess I got to call the mouse back today.

When you call, just verify that they have the information correct in their system...as long as that's correct, you'll be fine. I am the same way about having stuff in writing. For our trip, we turned it into a split stay, so the accounting dept had to transfer money from one ressie to the other to be paid in full. When I logged in on line, each ressie shows paid in full but the reminder up top says money due...:confused3. When I call, they confirm it's paid in full. I had never gotten an invoice from that transaction, and kept requesting it via phone. Finally got them today, paid in full indeed. But one of the dates are wrong on one of them. :headache:

I'm not going to sweat it, because when the CM's I've talked to on the phone read me the information, it is in fact correct.
 
I really have a problem with Disney's IT department and it's connectivity to their reservations department. I always have to correct my address/phone # and who I am linked to, over and over again but it never seems to "take" and stay in their system. Because that information is incorrect I can't pull up my ressies online. I have to say though, I reserved an accessible room online for FD in August and it's showing when I got to the website. I was so excited! OP, I don't think it has anything to do with your accessible room although they do have to modify your ressie in Special Services to make sure you have the right room type. I'd be calling back too, and asking for them to send me something via snail mail.
