Resort distance to parks

If we wanted to leave a park to walk/ride to a resort for a meal, which resorts are closest to each park?

As far as walking goes -

MK - Contemporary is closest walk, but you can walk to Grand Floridian and then on around to Polynesian as well. Taking monorail or boats to any of them would be easy too.
HS - Boardwalk is the closest walk, but Beach Club, Yacht Club, Swan and Dolphin are all just a little bit further. Also can take the boats. You could also jump on the skyliner to Riviera or Caribbean Beach Resort.
Epcot - Pretty much the same as HS (just the other direction). Beach Club is closes, followed by Yacht Club, Boardwalk, Swan and Dolphin. Again, could take the boats pretty easy. Skyliner also an option from Epcot as well.
AK - You ain't walkin nowhere.

From AK it's a 2-5 minute bus ride to AKL, depending in where you get off, Kidani or Jambo, and the buses are very frequent to AKL since it's such a short trip.

It is approximately .70 of a mile from Magic Kingdom to the Grand Floridian. We have walked it several times. You can also walk from Grand Floridian to Polynesian.

Contemporary, Beach Club, Yacht Club and Boardwalk are walking distance to parks.

You can also take the Skyliner from EPCOT to Riviera, Caribbean Beach and Pop & AOA

If you are really determined to walk outside of Animal Kingdom to eat, you could always exit the park and go in the outside entrance of Rainforest Cafe.
