You won't find a food court or large counter service facility at OKW, just the smaller pool side counter service, Goods to Go, that serves a limited breakfast menu and lunch/dinner menu. There is another even smaller counter service facility at the Turtle Pond pool, but it is only open seasonally and then the hours are shorter as well. The table service facility, Olivia's is very good. If you are on the dining plan, there is really only one location you can refill your mug and that is Goods to Go (you might be able to fill at the Turtle Shack when it is open). There are only three buildings with elevators and they are usually reserved for medical needs. Some of the buildings have three stories with units on the third floor (so you hike up three flights of stairs). If you have a car, you can park your car right outside the building you are staying in.
