Resort Dining and Remote ordering

Do we have to remote order at resort (not in the parks) counter service restaurants?

I don't believe it's every single one, but most resort QS heavily prefer mobile ordering.

If you can, do. If not, and there are folks w/o the technical or physical ability, they will accomodate
