Resort Dillema?

I have my fiancee and I booked for 8 nights at the end of September at CBR. We had originally wanted to stay at POR, but when the boat and mansions were shut down we decided it wasn't worth it. So we've gotten ourselves all pumped up for staying at CBR (hammocks, beaches, steel drums). But with the return of the boat to POR, will they be opening the mansions back up again? We really would want to stay in a mansion. Should I change the ressie, or just stick with CBR? The big downer for CBR is that they don't have sit down breakfasts something both my fiancee and I really like. Ugh, what to do?

I'm pretty sure I read on the boards here where someone just got back who stayed in one of the mansion buildings. You might call POR and see if the mansions are going to be open when you go.

I had POR booked too and switched to CSR...I was never really that hot on POR anyway, but liked the idea of the boat to DD.

Being from Kentucky, the POR looks too much like home...we've got those mansion type buildings all over town. I just wanted something different than the southern theme for our vacation. With CSR, it'll feel like we've gone to Mexico!

I think you just need to decide which theme you'd like to experience.....southern bayuo or carribean.
