Resort construction

I’m wondering about some construction going on at Caribbean Beach Resort and also behind the Yacht Club Resort. Can anyone fill me in.

Yacht Club resort construction has been completed for several months. The are still working on the convention center but that is a separate building and doesn't interfere with resort activities.

Caribbean Beach has tons of construction but I don't know much else. It has a long way to go, too.
