We are scheduled to go to CBR on 7/28. Originally we were going on 7/21 and I needed to switch weeks. I still have not gotten anything in the mail confirming the switch. I did call and was told not to worry. But don't I have to show some type of paperwork once we arrive at the resort? Can something be faxed to me? Or can I use my original confirmation?

Just trying to make sure all of my Ts are crossed and Is are dotted.

Thanks!

We've never had to show our paperwork when we checked in to our resort.

Usually about 4 - 5 days before you arrive at your resort, the ressie comes up in their computers.

I would call CRO again just to make sure for piece of mind.
But I wouldn't worry about it too much . . .if CRO says you are all set, then you are all set . . .When you call, ask them for the confirmation number, then repeat it back, just in case its different from your first ressie (which it might be), then say "that's for check in on (fill in the blank) right?"

Have a great time and DON'T WORRY!!

Just to be safe, call them and ask them to fax or email. They should accomodate your request.

Thanks for your replies. Just want everything to go smoothly and not have a damper put on the beginnings of my disney magic!

I have been there and back and am still waiting for my confirmation that was promised, at least 3 times, to come. Had no problems checking in and the my room request that I had made, over the phone was accomodated.
