When we got our original confirmation by mail in November, it stated we needed to have our remaining balance paid by 5/14 (6/7 is or arrival day). I just assumed this was a new policy, until I read threads here with people asking the same thing. People posted that this was an error and CMs confirmed this. So two weeks ago I call to make sure non-smoking is added to our requests and I also ask about the payment policy. The CM checks and confirms that it is an eroor, disregard it. I ask if he can send out a new confirmation, to which he obliges. I get the new confirmation and it still says things nee to be paid in full by 5/14 and it still says "variable" under room requests.
Do I call again and state my concern or do I just be laid back and not worry? THANKS!
