Resort confirmation not received

I made our reservation for two rooms at POFQ for the last week in May on the morning that the spring FL resident and AP codes came out (not the one with the Disney Visa) and have not received our confirmation sheet yet. Has anyone else received theirs? I know that it is definitely in there as I called back a few days ago to check on something, but I'm supposed to be guaranteed connecting non-smoking rooms, and I would really like to have it in writing in my hand when I show up. Just wondering, like I said, if anyone else had received theirs yet?

I have always been told that can not guarantee requests but they do try their hardest to get them met. You'll be getting on, takes a few weeks or more.

The CM told me that we were guaranteed connecting room because of the adult - kids ratio in our party, and we were guaranteed non-smoking for medical reasons. And when I checked back, I asked the second CM to just verify that we were showing guaranteed those options, which she verified. We've just had a horrible problem getting our mail lately, and like I said, I would just feel better having it on paper when we show up. I've usually had our confirmations by now, which is why I was concerned about not receiving it. Just wondering if anyone from that same time frame had theirs yet.

Hello all;

My mom made a reservation at All Star Sports in Jan and never go a confirmation letter. We called like 6 times and the ladies said they would send one out. I made my reservation 1 day before her in Jan and I got my confirmation within 5 days. I had to write them through the website and they sent a confirmation through
e-mail

Thanks Kay - I just looked back at my credit card statement, and the deposit was charged on March 9th, and I'm thinking I made the reservation on the 5th. I usually get my confirmation within 10 days, so that's why I was concerned. I'll have to try emailing them and see if I can get one that way. Thanks!!

I made ressies for AKL on the same day you did and I still have not received a confirmation in the mail yet either! I did call a couple of days ago and my ressie is fine on their system, just no paper has been sent out yet.

i'm in same canoe and have made at least 3 calls stating this fact. i've gotten cancalltion invoices from orig ressie that was changed but not what my ressie is now.

Ditto here too.
I was concerned because I cancelled a previous ressie and got the cancellation notice right away. Since the deposit was to be transferred I got really concerned.
But it is there....just no paper. I asked to have it sent.....
If it doesn't show up by next week, I will call again.

Ive gotten 3 so far.

1st was a AAA rate....

then i called back 3 weeks later and changed buildings at ASMovies... got a new confirmation with a guarantee'd smoking building...

then I called that morning that the BBY rates came out and applied that rate...and got my new confirmation letter again.

Each time, within 7 days, I've received my notice.

I'd keep buggin them till you get one

I'm in the same situation as op. I made ressie about 1 month ago for POFQ (i had to cancel another ressie that i made at CSR in order to get a great discount). Anyway, about 1 week later i recieved the cancellation notice and expected the new confirmation to come soon after and it never did. I called about 2 weeks later and requested another copy be sent out and they assured me that it would be resent and i should receive it in a week or so. Well, still have not received it. I called yesterday again and requested another copy. We'll see if i get it this time. They assure me that my reservation is still in system, but i would still like to have that piece of paper in my hands!!! I'm hoping i will get it soon. We'll be there in 41 days. Can't wait!

Finally got it! I called last Monday and asked for them to re-send it, and I got it in the mail today - 7 days later, so if you're still looking for yours, you may want to call.

I got mine too. FINALLY! After 3 requests. Anyway, I got it and all looks good. Only 32 more days. I'm so excited!!!!!

Same here. Cancelled a reservation, made a new one. Received the cancelled confirmation, never got a new confirmation for the two new rooms I booked. UGH.

I had to change my ressies. I got a letter for the first ressie and the cancellation. However, I have not received the 2nd confirmation letter. We leave in 2 weeks. I just called today and my reservation was fine in the computer. I doubt I will have a letter by the time we leave. I hope everything works out smoothly for us. I have my new confirmation number and the CM told me that was all I needed to tell the front desk at the POFQ.

We made our reservations on 3/19 and have not received a confirmation in the mail. Finally, last week I called again. CM said everything was in the computer and would send our another one. A week later I am still waiting. This is the first time I have every booked a package through WDTC instead of a room only through CRO. Does anyone know if WDTC typically takes longer to send out their confirmations? With CRO I usually received them in about a week. Also, if I pay for the package in full will I receive all the info on the package sooner than 45 days out?

For our trip we book 3 nights as room only and 7 nights as a package (7/4 deal) The room only confirmation/change came within a week, the pachage conformation took well over a month. I called and the first CM told me I would not get a confirmation until I paid for the package completely I called again a week later and was told by someone else that was not true but my ressie was there and everything was fine. Sure enough I did get one, it just took a while.

I haven't gotten a confirmation on my reservations in May. It's the first time I haven't gotten one by mail. I have gotten 2 other mailings that were new. The first a personalized welcome back packet with letter map etc. and then a mailing from the manager at POFQ welcoming us to the resort. So I figure I wouldn't be getting those if I weren't in their system. I can't wait to try the French Quarter!

We booked online about 2 weeks ago and haven't yet received anything. Might have to make a call early next week if nothing received. We leave in 21 days!!
