Review Resort Communities such as Windsor Hills

What communities are there such as Windsor Hills that have condos available for rent? We've stayed at WBC and Windsor Hills, loved them both but really would like to skip the 'resort check in' situation like at Wyndham Bonnet Creek.

I want to be able to just go to condo, enter security code and be done. I loathe the timeshare pitch lol.
