Resort Closings Update

According to the email, if I want to keep my reservation, I'm being moved from Sapphire Falls to Royal Pacific Resort. I have to call and get it modified in the next few weeks or it will be automatically cancelled.

UO is good to notify all that have reservations when hotel changes have to be made by them.

Got an email that said they were moving us from Aventura to Cabana Bay for mid-January. Doesn’t say I need to call, but maybe I should . . .

It’s not necessary but call if you want to.

Your reservation will be valid if you are switched to a different hotel.

You will be upgraded without having to pay any increase!
