I thought it was tomorrow! Cause "originallY" we would have been there the same time if I didnt postpone/cancel the Feb/mar trip! We would be on a plane now! lol

Gave up my other code for Sept and just used my points..but get to try out BLT!

When are you going to be at BLT? We will be there Spet. 22nd -27th. I don't think we are going to change that part of the trip but then we are moving to CSR for 3 nights and that is the part I still might change.

I check in on the 27th !! Got a Lake View studio....not sure how many MK views there actually are! I am at BCV and the Swan prior to that....wont be changing anymore ! What kind of accomodations do you have at the BLT?
Wonder how crowded the momorail is going to be....It will be nice cause it will be so new

We are staying in a 2 bedroom villa with the MK view. My parents are coming with for those 5 nights. Then they are going home and we are going to continue on for 3 more nights somewhere else, as of now CSR.

Are you a DVC owner??WOW that is going to be Amazing!! COngrats!!!!!!!! I have seen the 1 bdr model in person, wow is all I can say!
CSR does have the queen beds and a big following here on the DIS.....what else are you considering? You know inquiring minds want to know

We're here at AKV right now. The weather is really crappy too. It's very cold out (for Orlando) but at least it stopped raining. We've seen a lot of animals on the savanna. We're in room 5421 off of the Kudo trail.

I have a new resort mug and finally tried Zebra Domes. DH loves them, and is really impressed with the animals. We're going to MK tonight.

We're here at AKV right now. The weather is really crappy too. It's very cold out (for Orlando) but at least it stopped raining. We've seen a lot of animals on the savanna. We're in room 5421 off of the Kudo trail.

I have a new resort mug and finally tried Zebra Domes. DH loves them, and is really impressed with the animals. We're going to MK tonight.

No we aren't DVC but with my parents coming with and splitting it between us the price is high but doable. I am VERY excited!

Okay I made a change, I am now going to do BLT for the first 5 nights and the Dolphin for the last 3. I really think this is it! I love the location of the Dolphin but always avoided it because it wasn't disney owned and we won't have ME etc. However the price is better for us even with the mears shuttle. They are having a promotion say free on the night of your birthday if you stay 3 or more nights. We happen to be there on my birthday! So it is a great deal.

Okay now I am done, really I am , well I think I am LOL

Hey Kaffinato, I've been thinking of you. How is you DH liking the trip outside of the zebra domes? Hoping the weather gets better but doesn't this mean the crowds thin out? Can't wait to hear about your trip. Take pictures of your room so we can all live vicariously through you. Will you get to see the interios progress of Bay Lakes? Would love to see more pictures!!!!!

Hi Disneybride03 - I just finished reading the new posts about CSR, sock puppets and trolls - yikes ! I am so sadd that "he who must not be named" has been banned from the dis boards. I always thought he gave good information. Now why would someone take the time to post under multiple aliases - I know, its called boredom!!! Probably why I post here too!

I just changed our reservations from FW Cabins, to Grand Floridian. DW was injured in Afghanistan, So I don't want her walking alot and waiting for buses.

Speaking of TRIPS....Disneybride....your ticker....AGAIN!!!

Finally....drum roll.....we are currently booked at SSR, two bedroom. With the year I'm having I'm seriously thinking about BLT. I think I deserve MK view at BLT....... . It's a shame I had to ASK to find out where I was staying. I know I changed to OKW and BCV but I vaguely remember switching back to SSR when I thought about the incredible discount I was receiving. I'm sure it's a once-in-a-lifetime thing to have double discounts! I think I was discussing on another thread the difference in the cost and called to change back. Its really bad when you can't remember where you are staying I also looked at some pictures and I think I'm going to love the pool.

Disneybride and anyone else who has stayed at SSR, convince me that I'm going to love it....PLEASE.

(by the way, my Sister-in-law and her family are staying at Poly, same time, she's trying to convince me to book a grand gathering.)

Everyone must be holding steady. I have a quick question, if they offer 4/3 and include dining for the 3 free days, should I consider changing? Where should I look?

Hey, have you compared our tickers? I'm going to make sure to wear as much lime green as possible for our first few days there in case we bump into each other!

As for your question, I had heard of pin codes that offered the 4/3 with free dining, but had not heard of the regular 4/3 discount with free dining. The beginning of April is usually when the FD promos come out, but I would think they would be released early this year. You might get lucky and get 4/3 with FD for your whole trip! Aren't you already getting a double discount?

Keep an eye on this board, when it gets closer to a FD release the board goes wacky with posts, and some of them are very valid rumors.

I HAVE to stay at SSR or OKW in order to keep it though. I really want the epcot resort this time but can't possible loose my double discount, too good to pass up and believe me, I tried to ignore it. If they offer 4/3 with free dining included for the 3 days, it would be a better discount because we'd only be paying for 4 days of dining, room and tickets. That would work and I could stay at BCV which is where I really want to stay OR BLT.....(just a dream right now at 425 per night for a 1 bedroom).

I'll probably do a pre-trippy and post my itinerary on the first page - then let me know when and where. We spend a lot of afternoon time at the pools, so that might work! We're not park commandos either, so we're really flexible.

Wait until the FD promo is posted, with all of the deep discounts right now, you might end up with a 4/3 and FD too! I'll be watching for them too, even though we're locked into SSR 'cause of the Developers points.
