Resort Changers--The Saga Continues.....

I've posted answers today to Poly questions, looked at the Tikimanpages multiple times and have enjoyed perusing the new Poly FAQ thread. This can't be good for my ticker (either of them).

Precisely why I have given up on my ticker 3 changes ago

Okay, now my DSister and family are staying at BCV (so far) which means I could go and visit their room. We wanted to stay at 2 different resorts so we could somewhat get the experience of the other resort (without the pool of course) BUT, I wanted BC instead of CR (I'm whinning and stopping my foot while I am typing this). Now what? Maybe Yacht club? Does anyone know how many separate beds there are in the 3br at BCV? How many sleeper chair/sofa/queen/king beds? We would need 6 separate beds if we all stayed together.

Treehouses?

I thought they only went up to 2 bedrooms at the BCV

You seriously need to go with the generic non-resort specific tickers they have - saves a lot of time!

Maybe you guys can help me out.....Iam having a hard time deciding between these two resorts...poly or the beach club....what do you guys think??

I totally relate to you on that - I always try to stick with my first gut instinct for a resort - as soon as I figure out what it is.

So after a very miserable, tear ridden birthday I am finally home and ready to DIS to my heart's content. Can I just say that Monday can't come soon enough? I'd like to sucker punch whatever genius gave the kids off this week. DS is literally bouncing off the walls, and I really am just not able to bring him anywhere because 1) I'm rocking a serious waddle 2) there's no way on earth I could keep up with him seeing as I closely resemble Shamu on land and 3) moving more than 4 feet a time is so painful I could cry. CURSE YOU SCHOOL SYSTEM!

I feel better now.

lol well thank you! I'm one of those weird people that hates their birthday and would choose to forget it exists. I cry every single year, since I was like 9. I didn't even let anyone sing to me this year. I was able to get away with it because of the belly.

So I actually called CRO just to ask if there were any discounts available during my dates, and was told no - but that if something shows up online to call back with the codes. Very unhelpful IMO.

So while I was going through the phone prompts, DH walked into the room just in time to hear me say "resort reservations" He said "Already! You just booked that last night!"

And then when you have to say the reason for your call I said "ask a question" to which he responded "and the question is - why am I so crazy?"

I think we should all plan a 2012 trip for the same time so we can switch together. If that wouldn't cause CRO to close the phone lines I don't know what would!

I've almost hit the "Book this Resort" button so many times my finger's getting twitchy.

If I could just justify the cost, but 540.00 a night fro the Poly is a huge cost for me. Not even I can come a good reason why I should stay there.

Rack rate. GV room. The price is just I really love the Poly, but couldn't afford that amount for just three nights. It would be $351 a night with a typical Disney 35% off, but as it stands I can't do it.
