I have been and posting ?'s everywhere!!

Last night at 2am we were considering YC/BC/BWI!!
When we tried to get a rate quote from WDW we got a message saying the system was down for maintenance and would be back up at 5am!

Oh well whatever we choose, we'll be in WDW
by all means please keep the enabling going!

That's right, DH decided that it makes good financial sense for us to buy into DVC!

So, we're looking into buying at BLT. Oh, how am I going to stand having those large rooms and the horror of having to go to AKV and BLT every year!

The only downside, and it is a HUGE downside for me, is that we won't be able to stay at the Poly this summer. It seems that you can get matching developers points when you join right now, so we'll have to take our summer trip as a "freebie" But maybe I can tack two days onto the beginning of the trip at the Poly so at least I have the chance to stay there once!

Well, I guess you just have to suffer !! Ha Ha, kidding, lucky you.

Did I mention our trip is only 19 days away, and we still haven't changed our minds , well now my kids want to stay at Poly, but I keep checking GF.

I missed the deadline to book the Bounce Back @ 30% off, now there's no availability.
Travel dates are 9/20-9-26, looking for a 2 bedroom

Call instead of using the computer! The CMs on the phone almost always know before it's posted on the internet site. That's how I was able to get rooms more times than I can count.

Call! I've been able to get rooms that way too, even when the website shows no availability.

Well back to WL...
we are now booked courtyard w/ our requests:
1. king bed
2. upper floor
3. north end (hoping to be by the boat dock)

Here's hoping for the Poly to open up!!
Please reassure me that WL w/be terrific in case!

You will be more than fine at WL! That's a nice resort with great transportation, and you can't go wrong with a courtyard view! Of course, if you could get Poly......

Also, Disneybride is a DVC owner and she resort changes with the rest of us...changitis knows no discrimination .

And did you set your alarm for 5 a.m.? I sooooo want BC and will consider it if I can get as good a discount as I have for SSR witht he 30% and free dining. If your DH is thinking YC/BC.....book it!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (for me.... )

Me too! We originally booked POR, then CBR, now I'm looking at CSR.....I think I have a problem.

Ok, no way! I was under the impression that DVC ownership would permanently cure my changitis! Oh crap. Now I have to tell DH that it was a false hope and I need to rebook Poly!

And yep, we (or rather I) bought DVC today. I could resist most DVC places but NOT the BLT.

We would take the WL over the Poly any day of the week!!!
The courtyard view is beyond wonderful.
If it rains, you don't have to walk outside to get to your room.
The WL pool area is so much nicer.

Yeah, but then there's the cost oftickets and food THe hotel is the least of my worries, what killed me in November was $1100 for 4 3 day hoppers and dinners that were over $100 each

I know all too well! Even with DVC, with a family of 5 its the tickets and food! Howeverm the last big family trip we stayed in a 2 bdr at OKW,,we saved tons of money by purchasing groceries!!! (we had TWO teenaged boys too!)

Ok, I SO have to catch up on here....COngrats on the BLT purchase!! woohoo! We recently saw the 1 bdr models, beautiful! I have some great pics! My DD11 loved it! I am hoping to stay here for a few days in Sept...have to wait til the 7 mth mark!!

Stepdisney is so right! There is NO cure!!

For instance, recently changed my mind abt how I was going to do parts of my F & W trip.....so found out I had a code...have already changed TODAY after I made the initial res TODAY!
