I was able to get back through to GS and they fixed it!!!Same thing happened to me. Had two rooms switched, one reservation is fine and the other is missing the tickets. I'm hold with the IT dept now![]()

please let us know what you decide to do and what happens if you move now!
No one really knows what the “right” answer is right now, and I certainly don’t fault her logic on waiting.
