Resort availability - Logged in vs not logged in to MDE

Does anyone else have the issue where you go to the WDW web site and don't log in and search for a room for a specified time period and the search comes back with lots of availability. But once you sign in and search on those same dates, there is absolutely no availability? When I'm logged in, I'm making sure I'm searching for just the "room-only" prices, not any packages.

So frustrating!

Edit: not searching on any discounts either.

Yes. It happens when you're searching for a discount promotion
It will show as unavailable rather then showing an available rate

Yes, when I log in it shows no availability, when logged out it shows rooms available. (all not looking for a discount) I kept searching to make a room upgrade and as soon as I saw availability, I then logged in and fixed my reservation.

I’ve seen people with APs have this issue since it is apparently defaulting to the AP discount inventory?
