Resort Advice

Sorry but we need more information. What is the makeup of you group, and sleeping arrangement so we are able to make informed suggestions.

Thank you! Family of 4. Two adults one teen and one child. I’m not too concerned about sleeping arrangements. As long as there are 3 beds I guess ;)

OK then you can remove the WL from your list unless you spring for a Deluxe room with CL access to get (3) sleeping surfaces. Are you willing to count Copper Creek, or Boulder Ridge in your WL options?

For BLT you only get (2) Sleeping surfaces in a Studio so you would need a 1 BR Villa to get (3) sleeping surfaces. Would you be willing to look at the original CR guest rooms either A-frame or in the Garden wing since they all have (3) sleeping surfaces unless you book a King room which you would not want.

For Poly it is slightly more complex. For regular resort room (3) sleeping surfaces are no issue. In the DVC Villas there are (2) flavors of Studios. The original Deluxe Studios in the longhouses have (3) sleeping surfaces, and (2) bathing areas but only (1) toilet. The Tower Studios only have (2) sleeping surfaces so you would need at least a 1 BR Villa to get (3) sleeping surfaces.

All DVC options are able to be booked on cash stays. I include this statement since many guests think that DVC units are not available for all guests.

This is so helpful! Thank you. I’ve been focusing on transportation convenience and then realized I knew nothing about the sleeping situations.

All Disney resorts are close to at least one park and further from others. I would suggest putting less emphasis on transportation if 3 sleeping surfaces are important. Art of Animation might be another option to consider. A bus ride to MK and Animal Kingdom but easy Skyliner ride to Hollywood Studios and Epcot.
