I couldn't get the search function to work for me, so if there is already a list compiled please direct me to it.

I wondered what types of "free" activites are found at the various WDW resorts. Or even special activities with a nominal fee.

When we stayed at AKL in September we really enjoyed spending time at the resort & doing these activites. We used a tracking device to find an animal, played Bongo!, did a parade through the lobby with drums, and there were many other things to do too.

We're staying at POR & BW this January & were hoping we'd have the opportunity to experience some activities at those resorts too. We do have an Albatross Cruise planned for the boys at Yacht Club, but that isn't necessarily free . . .

Thanks in advance for any suggestions!

At Beach Club in August, mousekeeping was teaching kids how to make towel animals one day, and on another day Lilo was there having a hula-hoop party. Plus there were the activities in the pool - trivia, treasure hunt, etc - and the movies and campfire on the beach at night.

Movies & campfire on the beach sound like fun. I wonder if they do that in winter? We could walk over from BW. Was it only on certain nights?
