resizing pictures?

How do I resize pictures so that I can put them in my siggy? Please keep in mind that I am computer illiterate so keep it simple. TIA

I don't think so. I have all my pictures in photobucket if that helps any.

I think they want it smaller.

You can change the size in photobucket to 75, 50, and 25% of the original. Just go to edit, and size.

Thanks. I didn't realize that you can't make it go back to its original size and now it is like really tiny. Oh well.
