Residence Inn Seaworld??

I plan to go to Discovery Cove with DS 8 and I'm thinking about staying there. I'm a little worried about safety with it just being the 2 of us. Is it in a safe area? Are the hallways interior or exterior? Is it easy access to I-Drive, we will not have a car?

We have stayed here for a total of 40 nights over the last year.

It is a wonderful property and they are so helpful and friendly.

It is a very safe place with inside hallways (six floors) and very clean.

The breakfast buffet is very good and lots of food.

The pool is large and there are bbque's outside and a small playground for the kids.

The trolley goes right by the front of it and takes you from one end of International Drive to the other.

You are within walking distance of Sea World. (takes us about 12 minutes but we walk fast) Most of that time is walking through the Sea World parking lot to the main gate.

I love this hotel.

It seemed safe to me, but I had DH and a car. It would be way too far for me to walk, esp. at night, if you're asking about the hotel I'm thinking of (the big yellow one with the Sea World sign you can see from the highway, not the one right across the street from Sea World!) As always, I say a rental car is about the best money we spend on our Orlando vacations.
