Residence Inn Seaworld....Building Works

Thought this only happened in the Med but we've just been informed that 'there's daily building work next to the Residence Inn that is visible from some rooms and the pool'

The work is scheduled for completion in Dec 05 and we go on 30 June. Disaster !

I'm not too concerned about the 'view from the room' as that's not why I travel 4,500 miles to Florida but I am concerned about potential noise in the mornings/night and how badly the works may spoil the enjoyment of lazing by the pool.

As the works are scheduled for completiojn by Dec I assume they've been a factor for some time now so has anyone been to the Residence Inn and can they help provide some guidance on my concerns ?

Need to know before I ask the travel agent to look at other hotels.

So sorry to hear the news. That was my first choice of hotel, but it was fully booked, maybe it was meant to be.

Hope someone can help.
