Residence Inn LBV family suites question

How cheap does this kind of room go for on the discount travel sites. This is my first choice if the price goes low enough, but I'm seeing some prety good deals on my third choice and don't know how long I should hold out for the deal I want . My dates are not peak season, just regular.

There aren't a lot of great discounts at the Res. Inn. As a frequent stay with Marriott we sometimes get a special code but even those are rare. What price are you looking at? Somewhere between $115-135 is pretty average for the family suites. There are other hotels in the same area with comparable accomodations that seem to discount a lot more and are worth checking out (Homewood Suites comes to mind).

If you do find a cheaper rate on a third party website (even if it is only slightly lower) Marriott will match it and give you another 25% off. I think they call it their "Look No Further Gurantee". Details are on their website. I have used this several times to get really good deals at Marriott properties.

Awesome! Their site is quoting me way more than travelocity etc. It looks like I'll be able to get in on budget! Thanks!
