I have a question about reserving rooms with an AP rate. I understand that an Annual Passholder can reserve up to 3 rooms at a time. However, do they:

1) all have to be in the passholders name?

2) all have to be in the same resort?

3) all have to be for exactly the same dates?

4) all have to be kept or cancelled - i.e. are they separate ressies, so that you would be able to cancel one room but leave the others untouched?

Thanks in advance, everyone. We're hoping to visit WDW with our first annual passes ever!

The ap rate questions were the same I had when I called the cro agent. I had a DC rate and she switched the rate to an ap. I needed three rooms at the ap rate. The rooms were put in the names of the families we are traveling with and they send in their own deposit, but receive my ap rate. I will need to have the ap in hand at check-in, she stressed this several times. The other thing was with using the ap rate we do not pay the balance until check-in. DC you pay balance 30 days in advance of check-in.

Jennifer - Thanks for your reply. Did you all stay at the same resort and have the same check-in/check-out dates?
