What is the soonest your guest can start booking their rooms in your room block?

as soon as the room block is set up! but they might want to wait to see if there are better deals released to the general public since your wedding is almost a year away.

I believe they can book as soon as you have your block set up. :thumbsup2

Thank you! I have two very excited friends who keep harassing me about it so I told them I would ask. :thumbsup2

I am wondering the same. We set up our room block at least a month ago (more like two). Our LOA is signed and I have asked several times about how to reserve rooms. I've been told I will be contacted by the person in charge of my room block and we can then have our guest call in to reserve. Who knows, lol!!!:confused3

You can call the room block reservation number (I believe it is listed in the LOA) and ask them if they have your room block set up. I know that mine was supposedly set up and then 1 month later I called to make reservation for my family and they had no information on it at all!!! At that point I just emailed the consultant and let them know.
