Reserve space at California Grill Sushi Counter?

In the past we have eaten at the sushi counter and had a great time. I used to have a number to call the restaurant desk directly to request seating at the counter, but I can't find it anymore. The Disney Dining line won't let you put in that request. Anyone have a number to call directly or advice on how to get seats at the counter?

No, nobody replied at all. I'm thinking of trying to call Contemporary directly, but it's very hard to get anyone to put you through to a restaurant rather than the Disney Dining line, and I know that nobody there will help at all.
