Do you switch from a single to a double? $37.23 is for a single and $44.73 is the cost for a double. I switched to a double and didn't realize that it was $6 a day instead of $5.

When I reserved it, it was $5 for a single OR a double. I see they have changed the price to $6 a day for a double. They gave me the $5 a day with no problem.

I have another question- do these strollers come w a parent counsel or rain cover option? I can always bring my own if not

I'm not going crazy, then! I thought it was $5 for a single or a double! Should have booked the double in the first place. Oh well.

Thank you, OP, for this post! I was planning on buying a stroller off Craigslist and then re-selling it when we got home (we really don't need a double for our day-to-day routine). For the $58 it costs to rent a double for 9 days (really ten days since it is Wed - the next Fri) it just isn't worth the hassle of executing my original plan.

BTW, the double is $5 per day - at least as of today 3/31. One thing is that rentals over 7 days (so day 8 and 9 for me) are $5 each in addition to the $5 insurance fee. No matter what, it's a great deal! :cool1:

Would I choose bell captain for delivery and can I leave it with someone for drop off or would I personally have to hand it off to whoever is picking it up? If anyone knows, thanks!

wow this is excellent!!! going August 6 - 13th,

Can't seem to find the following info, anyone know?

1. Once i have my resort booked, will they deliver to the room or must I be there to for them to drop-off?
2. Same for end of stay, will they pick up from the lobby/room or must I be around to return to the delivery person?
3. How comfortable are the single? I have a DD 2 who still takes naps and not sure we want to go all the way back to the resort for her nap if we dont have too.

thanks

Thanks for the tip, we are booking our resort this week and this will be very handy!! I hate lugging strollers on planes anyway!

Just wanted to give a Big Thank You to the OP. We just got back from WDW and this stroller was great. $44.73 is not a bad price for a stroller for 7 days =) If I don't buy one I will so be using them again.

They deliver it to the bell hop or front desk area of the hotel. When they drop it off you do not need to be there to get it. Same goes for when you drop it off, just bring it down before the time scheduled for their pick up and leave it with either the front desk or bell hop.

Make sure your hotel is on their list to where they deliver. Ours was a property by DTD and they delivered. :) We even asked if they could deliver one hour earlier than they normally do, at 7am and they did with no problems!!

Also, ours didn't come with a rain cover.

My confirmation still says $31.95 for 6 days for a double - I will keep an eye on my credit card statement to make sure that's what I am charged but I'm pretty comfortable with giving them the benefit of the doubt - they've been incredibly responsive. Fingers crossed!

Thanks to the OP!! :thumbsup2

I just reserved one for $21.30 and would have paid $75 through Magic Stroller. I'd say that's pretty decent savings!

I replied to my confirmation email today and asked about a parent console and a rain cover. I was told they were each another $5.

We just got back from Disney and the double city mini stroller was like new. No issues at all. I brought my own parent console and stroller hooks. We also used a plain clear shower curtain with 2 large binder clips that worked out great. We had a TON of rain during our trip. Still fun though ;). I HIGHLY reco applestroller!!!
