I've made reservations for the character meals we want (except for Cinderella's Royal Table - :worried: ) and now I'm looking at our other *table service* meals. Should I start making reservations for the non-character meals as well, or is this something that can wait till we get there?

We want to eat in places like Shutters in the Caribbean, the Biergarten in Epcot and the Sci-Fi place in MGM, but I want to be flexible.

Any thoughts? Thanks in advance!

ADR's are flexible, because you don't have to dine just because you made an ADR. You're going during a slow time of year, so advance dining reservations are not crucial like they are during peak times. You'll probably be able to find availability the same day you want to dine. However, it never hurts to have an ADR at restaurants that won't charge you for a no-show. You can always make changes at the last minute. It is easier to no-show than to plan your day around an inconvenient dining time. If those restaurants aren't absolutely essential to your vacation, then don't bother with ADR.

I would make all of your reservations now.
I wish I would have made ours sooner!
We are going the week after you and we had a hard time getting into some of the places that we wanted (party of 5). The cast member on the phone said it has been crazy with the free dining. We were unable to get into Le Cellier in Canada or Liberty Tree for the whole week for dinner. We had to switch to lunch to be able to get into the 50 Primetime. My advice is to make reservations so that you are not disappointed when you get down there. You can always cancel if you change your plans once you are there!

I think I will go ahead and make the reservations, knowing that I can always try switching things around when I get there.

Thanks again! :goodvibes

I also would go ahead and make reservations now, you could always cancel them if you change your mind.
