I just went on my account through the member website to see if the additional points I am getting because of the new incentives were showing up in my account.

When I get there, I am all excited because I see the new points. I then click to make sure that all my reservations are still there and they are GONE!!

I go into panic mode and call MS. She can't see them either. When I give her the confirmation #'s, she says it shows invalid. Now, I am really stressing as one of the ressies was made for 2 nights at BLT in a standard view studio in early December (and I know that one of those nights is showing as unavailable). Puts me on hold and comes back and says that a supervisor is able to still see them and that they are in the process of transferring them under the new contract. She is not sure why they are not showing up for either one of us, but that they should be in a few days.

So, if you are someone who has reservations booked and were able to change your contracts to the new incentives, be sure to keep an eye on to make sure everything gets done and transferred correctly!
