We have reservations at the following restaurants. What do you think? Should I change anything?

Wednesday dinner O'hana's at 7:40 pm (driving in this day-doubt we do parks but if we do it will be MK-I want to see the fireworks from ohanas)
Thursday breakfast Chef Mickey's at 9:30 am (Magic Kingdom)(Chose to do CM a little late to avoid huge crowd and in case we are tired from our 13 hour drive from the day before)
Friday dinner Boma at 4:30 pm (Animal Kingdom-we plan to do this park early and then browse around the lodge till dinner)
Saturday dinner Rose & Crown 5:00 pm (Epcot)
Sunday dinner Wolf Gang Pucks at 5:30 pm (DTD & Disney Quest)
Monday dinner at Sci Fi Diner 7:50 pm (MGM & anything we want to do again)

I am iffy about SCI FI-for various reasons

1. Don't see anything on the menu that makes my mouth water
2. This will be our last day and I don't want to be held down to a park just because
we have a ressie for this park at this time. I'm thinking we will just do counter services this day.

My questions are
1. Would you really recommend a different restaurant to replace any of these?
2. What's your favorite place?
3. If we don't do SCI FI on the last day, the only other time I see us eating another meal would be maybe Thursday evening, since we aren't huge breakfast eaters. Any suggestions?
4. Should I change any of my times? If so which ones?

I think your restaurants are good choices but I just have a question about the times. Are you going to be touring the parks on the days you have out of park ADRs? If so, you are really going to be cutting into your park touring time. You must keep in mind that it will take you a while to get to the restaurant and that most sit down dinners take approximately an hour. Then you will need to travel back. If the parks are open late, you will be okay.

I'm thinking we might do Ragland Road on Thursday evening..what do you think?

We just got back yesterday. I loved the Rose & Crown, very tasty!

I had my heart set on Sci-Fi but the 11:15 a.m. ressie turned out to be too early and was unable to reschedule it conveniently so I let it go. I wanted it more for the experience for the kids rather than for the food.

We did Ragland Road and loved it! Great atmosphere and the fish & chips are awesome! :goodvibes

So Ragland Road and Rose & Crown (which have similar food) were ok to have in the same trip?

We had them one day apart. My family is happier with similar foods...they just aren't adventurous people. And my kids are extemely picky.

Sounds like us although there are no children in this trip cast. We are two women in our late 20's and are definately not adventurous eaters, although we are trying to be for this trip.

We are also not trying to run everywhere, which my parents who are AVID disneyers and practically live there, just don't quite get. So we are planning to take our time and enjoy everything inlcuding our food while we are there. It will probably be quite sometime before we will be able to afford to come back so I just want to make sure I have the right food choices as we can become pretty grumpy if we have a terrible meal.

Should we change our chef Mickey's time to something earlier?
