Hello everyone I hope this is the right place to post this. And I am hoping someone can help me. We are doing the Fantasmic dinner show package @ 7 with our 3 boys. Aftwards we need to get the 3 boys back to AKL with DS so DH and I can have dinner at Victoria and ALberts at 9:30. DH and I will also have to change. Am I crazy to think we will have enough time to make our reservation at victoria and ALberts? Oh we will be using our own transportation.

Can you move your Fantasmic package to another night? I suppose it's possible, but boy, you'd be cutting it close.

Once Fantasmic is over, you're going to need to make your way out of the the theatre, and to the front of the park, with hundreds of other people. That's going to take awhile, probably at least 20 minutes. Then, you'll need to wait for a tram to the parking lot, again, with many, many other people. You might have to wait through a few trams before you can get on.

Figure 15 minutes to drive from MGM to AKL. And another 15 to drive from AKL to GF.

Yeah, you could do it. But why be all rushed and frazzled when you get to V&A's? I'd move Fantasmic.

If you have the Fantasmic dinner package it also mean you will be eating dinner at MGM, I am not sure you will want to eat again at V&A, I would change fantasmic to another night.

Thank you for the replies I think we are going to try and move the fantasmic. Hopefully we won't have any trouble this late in the game.

I think that's what I'd do too--. Just getting out of the theatre and out of MGM can take a long time. No need to wind up at V&A all frazzled and "wound-up". And if you can't get the package on a different night, you can always try to see Fantasmic the regular way. We did that in May and got in quickly with pretty fair seats.

I too would move one of them. Or you could skip the dinner part of Fantasmic and take a taxi to your resort as soon as the show is finished to save time.

Also, it would definitely be worth taking a taxi to V&A to save time.

I could not imagine going to Victoria and Alberts when I'd already eaten. I think it would ruin the experience for you.

V&A is DEFINITELY far too much food to be eaten as a 2nd dinner!! DH and I don't even eat lunch this day..we usually eat a late bfast and then V&A at 6pm.
