Reservations with DDP

Hi. Just booked our trip for April and I was trying to make reservations for dining at Hoopdee doo and Cinderella's Castle. However- I wanted to use our dinning credits to pay for these. We bought the DxDP. But when I try to make the reservations it wants me to pay in full with my credit card. I have linked our resort reservations with the dining reservations- but still no option to book with DDP credits- only credit card paid in full. How do I make the reservations without paying in full for it? Im confused! And I think my question may be confusing too!!! but I tried to explain the best I could! Thanks so much for any answers!

I believe if you call to make the reservation it may find it easier. You will have to give a CC # in case you don't keep the reservation in which case they would charge teh card.

If you are trying to do it online you have to link your room reservation that has the DxDP on it to your dining reservation. When you enter into the dining reservations there will be an option to pull up your resort reservation. Do this. They it will ask you if you want to link your dining reservation to your resort reservation, say yes.

I believe certain restaurants still require you to put down a credit card in case you are a no show. I still had to give a credit card for Askerhaus but they didn't charge it. I think Hoop De Doo does the same thing. I'm not sure about CRT as we don't usually eat there.
