Reservations wanted or want to rent points

I have a family of 7 ( 4 adults, 3 children) and we are looking to vacation from August 31 - Sept 4 and are wanting to stay in a Disney resort. I am new to the DVC renting/trading. Any help would be appreciated.

did you all want to stay in the same villa? A two bedroom at most resorts (AKL can sleeps 9) can sleep up to 8, there are usually two queen beds (or queen bed & queen sofa bed in bedroom, a queen sleeper sofa in living room/kitchen area and king size bed in the master bedroom. Also two bathrooms

If the kids are young enuf you could rent two studios, they sleep 4 or 5 if you have at least one child under 3 (2?). Studios come with a queen bed and queen sofa bed (OKW has two queen beds) and kitchenette with fridge, micro, toaster & coffee maker.

two studios usually use less points then a two bedroom. For instance a two-bedroom villa at bc for 4 nights would take 124 points (or $1240.00), where two studios would take 98 points (49 points each studio) at the Beach Club Resort or (a total of $980.00) OKW or Saratoga Springs would use less points for the same accomodations.
