Reservations Wanted: 5/27-5/30, Studio, BWV or BCV; 5/30-6/2, Studio, AKV

My husband has a conference at the Swan & Dolphin this May, the 28th-30th. We have a 2 yr old, and we would love to stay somewhere nearby (BWV or BCV) during the conference 5/27-5/30. We then would love to stay at AKV 5/30-6/2. We will be celebrating our 10th anniversary during this time. We can be a little flexible with dates if need be (e.g. stay an extra day at BWV/BCV or get to AKV a day early). Some nice folks have called to see about making a reservation with points, and they have been told that all studios are booked for our requested resorts/dates. At this point, it may be that our request is only applicable to folks who need to cancel an existing reservation. Thanks!
