We'll be staying at the Beach Club next week, and I'm wondering if the concierge can check restaurant availabilty on a daily basis and make a reservation for us. I would like a table service meal, but I would willingly take what was available throughout WDW, at a park or resort. Is this possible? Thanks for your input... :rolleyes1

The lobby concierge can certainly help you find a spot for dinner.

I don't know how their databases are set up to search though. So it might help if you have some idea of where you want to dine. :sunny:

If you called 407-WDW DINE & they said nothing was available for a restaurant in the Beach Club & then asked the Concierge there, they should be able to find you a spot because that restaurant is already in the Beach Club. Now if your looking for restaurants outside of the Beach Club that is a different story, but from my familes experience making ADR's at other restaurants that are not in the Contemporary, the Cast Members on the Atrium Club have always had no problems doing that for us.

I didn't understand one of the above posts entirely. If a restaurant is booked, the concierge will not be able to get you in. Unfortunately (for us staying concierge!) the concierge doesn't have any special seats held for concierge guests. I guess that's why WDW is a democracy :) But the concierge will definitely be able to help you book a restaurants anywhere on WDW property, assuming there is availability there.
Cheers!
