Reservations questions.

Hello all,

First post and first time Disney traveler. I have a question about making dinner reservations if you are traveling and meeting a group that used a different travel agent. My cousins family just booked their trip for the end of Feb. We are booking tomorrow through a different agent. We live in different states and like the agent we have. How would we be able to make dinner reservations as a group so we can all eat together? Sorry, I am a Disney noob and am just researching this. Thanks for your help.....Matt

Either one family or the other can get their agent to make the reservations for the WHOLE party size or you can do them yourselves.

Personally, I would do it myself. Then if something is not available you can make a decision right then instead of having to wait for the agent to get in touch with someone, telling them what to do, having them call Disney back, and hoping the second choice is still available.

Then again, I like to control my reservation as a whole and would never use an agent to start with so maybe I am a bit biased.

Thanks for the info. I thought about skipping the TA all together but it costs us no more money. Since Im new to Disney I figured they can help a little but I will probably do most of the planning anyway........
