Reservations Question

Hello, wife and I will be visiting WDW in August. I was thinking about booking now but I have heard that they offer discounts later in Feb or it could be May for the time that we are planning on going. My question is if I book now can I have them discount my price when/if it goes down later on down the road?

Also, I was thinking about booking a package deal through AAA. What kind of deals can I expect through them?
