I am thinking about my reservations for next year's Food and Wine time and I noted on my calendar that I will be on a plane (flying to Orlando for this year's trip) at the time that MS opens for my 11 month window. My thought is that it is always better to call and speak to someone directly, however does anyone have any opinions of the email reservation system?

As I usually call on a day to day basis during a popular time, I will be calling and making a few days of reservations before this date and I would hate to have to have problems with a blip in my entire reservation, maybe I am just a worry wart.

I like to call, because I think that in the course of conversation with MS, you can find out a lot of neat info.

If time is of the essence, a call is probably better since MS promises to respond to emails within 48 hours.

For many reservations or questions or other MS transactions, email is great since you will get a written, printable response. If you are looking for a day-by-day reservation (GV, standard view or BW view at BWV), calling will likely be more productive.

Good Luck!
