I just made a dry run online for ordering a package but was highly disappointed to find out that it appears there is no place to request locations (1st floor/building area) and tub seat for a limited mobility disabled person. Requests were limited to pack and play and refrigerator. Am I better off calling to make my reservation?

Hopefully someone else will chime in but we always called in our reservation and made the request but I'm not sure it matters if you call or book online. I think it did matter that I called the special needs request/reservation number that is listed is Sue's sticky and made our request. I felt like the special request line people made more of a difference than the reservation people.

I book online and the nonce I have my confirmation number I call and have our medical request added.

You will eventually need to call and have your request added. The only risk you run with booking online is if all the room-types that you need are already reserved, in which case you would have to choose another resort. That's happened to me only twice and only once at WDW, at the GF. Their roll-in shower rooms had all been reserved. The other was at Disney's HHI resort- they had no accessible studios, one-bedrooms- OR two bedrooms in early December a few years back. I usually also book and then call to add the request just so I can secure any promos. I figure if I have to move, so be it, but then the room I need and the resort where it IS available will be blocked and reserved for us.---Kathy
