Reservations on Disney webpage login are not registering...

Is anyone else having this problem? I just went to log into the Disney website to look at our reservations for dining and hotel. It looks like they changed the website, I had to add some security questions to my login...OK...got that and got logged in just fine. I went to "My Reservations" and everything is gone...OK....I click on Add reservations and when I plug in my confirmation number, it says it cannot be located. WHAT??? I'm freaking out here. We leave in one week.

Anyone know anything? I wanted to print out a hard copy of all my confirmation numbers....

I got in ok and all my ressies are there. We leave in 18 days

I was able to call and talk to Internet help and they said it is a known issue. They are working on it and I should be able to access the ressies on my account tomorrow. Sounds like it is an issue with the new website that I was redirected to.

One of mine has been missing too. I have 2 trips currently booked: Feb and May. All my stuff for Feb is showing and my ADRs for May are showing, but the resort for May is not. I've called and they said they have it (and read it back to me) and that it would be on-line soon but just hasn't made it yet. I won't lie, it annoys me. Also, I pay that way and with it not being there, I can't make payments. I am hoping it fixes itself soon.

I can't get the new version to recognize my resort ressie, which all my ADRs are tied to. But if I enter a dining ressie manually, it finds it.

Every time they do a major "system enhancement" this kind of crap happens. This is why I always right them down.

OP , I am glad a phone call helped out since your trip is eminent!!

I was going to check in here and ask basically the same question. For some reason on the new website I could not make my ADRs at 180 days out. But when I cleared the cookies and went back to the old site, I could...
