I've been on the phone for the last 3 days trying to find a replacement to my Teppanyaki reservation (side note: how does a company like WDW go so far over on renovations? Obviously you need to pad your estimates so you come in under-time on budget - then you just make last minute reservations - anyway - another topic). So, obviously I've been struggling with the 'glitch'. The worst part is that I've heard 'nope - everything's all booked' and 'I can't find any availability' and 'it's probably because it's Labor Day weekend' - no one can even explain that there's something going on with the computers.
I got lucky and found one over in the Board walk area though. So I'm happy now.
