We are planning a last minute Disney trip w/ 9 ppl (DH, Me, DD1 (8) , DD2 (2) , MIL, FIL, SIL, BIL, Nephew(3)) at the end of May.
Are there any tips or tricks to score reservations this last minute? Specifically we'd like to do dinner at Ohana one night and any meal w/ Chef Mickey and/or Cinderella's Royal Table.
Thanks!

No special tricks. Just keep checking online. If you check the cancelled reservations thread you may be able to pick up someone's cancelled reservation. Don't forget to ask the lobby concierge at your resort if they can find you a same day or later reservation. It is going to be more difficult because you have chosen popular restaurants and you have such a large group.

You could try Tusker House breakfast-ends at 10:30am for Mickey, Donald, Daisy, Goofy

For Princesses you could try Akershus-also have a photo pkg with the meal only you get photos with Belle. Check out the menu first, I'm picky and will only do breakfast here. The bonus here is if you are on the DDP, it's only 1TS credit.

I suggest typing in your date and meal period rather than the time. Leave the restaurant blank. It will show you every restaurant that has availability within the dining period you specified. Do this several times a day. You can pick one that you may not have even thought of that way. Since you will have a large group, you can also try to book two smaller groups. It is better to sit apart (and possibly near each other) than miss your desired restaurant all together.

Yes, I'd have to agree with just keep checking online.
With some persistence and a whole lotta pixy dust I got our CRT reservation :yay::yay:
