do i have to call or can it be done online and with what website?

i called the 800 # and they quoted me about the same the website did but they said i had to resrve the romm with $200 and that i had till dec 1 to pay off the entire balance (about 2200 for 5 people) is this the norm?

she also said to stay off the dis boards because they are "unreliable"

im pretty sure you can go through DisneyWorlds website and book everything, or go through an online TA.

Yes that is the norm. You have to put down a $200 deposit and then have the rest paid off by 45 days before your trip.

Also don't listen to what she said about the DIS she is obviously jealous of us

That's the norm if you are doing a package. If your booking the room only (and getting tix on your own), you just pay a deposit equal to one night's stay, and pay the balance when you arrive at your resort.
