Reservations but not everyone will eat

We are 3 families making ADR together, we want to all be together but not everyone will eat. Will they charge us or use our DDP credits on the people who will not eat? For example if we are 10 people and only 8 actually order and eat will we be charged for 10? (I know we will at buffets) TIA

No, not if it isn't a fixed price meal. Last time the kids weren't hungry a few times and we didn't have to order for them.
