Reservations booked through AAA

I recently booked through AAA for the Allstar Sports from 7/17 through 7/27. I recently called Disney because I forgot to tell them that I wanted a refrigerator and they said they can't access the reservation.

Has anyone ever booked through AAA and gone to the Disney resort and been told that the reservation doesn't exist? Has anyone ever had a problem with a reservation made through AAA?

I received a notice from AAA with the rate and dates. I put the entire amount on my credit card.

It is common for Disney not to access (or be able to access) reservations made by an outside agent (not just AAA). You will have to deal with your concerns through your AAA agent or else cancel and rebook. The same "consideration" exists for all agencies to prevent poaching of customers by rival agents or agencies.

We booked through AAA last year & didn't have any problems at all. I know Disney isn't able to see/change/make payments towards/etc your reservation if you booked through AAA.

I would suggest contacting your AAA agent & telling them your request. They will put it on your reservation & then when you check-in Disney will have it all....just like magic!!

Yup, I just called my AAA TA about a request I wanted to make. They will call Disney and take care of it for you.
