Reservations at the new Donalds Safari Breakfast

I have read how Donalds Breakfastosaurus will be closing on Nov 5th and a new character meal called Donalds Safari will open in Early Nov at the Tusker house. I tried to call for reservations for Nov 21 at the new breakfast but they said they are not taking reservations for this character meal yet.

Does anyone have info about when reservations will start being taken? Considering that I am traveling Thanksgiving week I want to get my reservations asap. If anyone is able to successfully make a reservation for the new breakfast, can you post it here to let us know?
