Reservations at non-Disney DTD Restaurants?

Does anyone know the reservation policy for the non-Disney owned DTD restaurants (specifically Bongos?) - Is it 180 days or does it differ by restaurant? I am looking to make NYE reservations.... Thanks - Elyse
