Reservations at 2 resorts?

Just wondering if anyone knows if it's possible to have reservations at two different resorts at the same time (while we try to make up our minds). We're thinking about splitting our 10 night stay between the POLY & GF (right now have GF booked for all 10 nights) but until we make up our minds, I was thinking of booking the 5 nights at the POLY anyway (& then cancelling either the first 5 nights at the GF or the 5 nights at the POLY when we make up our minds). Is this possible to do?

Yes, this is possible to do but also important to cancel as soon as you make your choice so there is that availability for someone else. I was recently the beneficiary of that consideration. Have fun! Marilyn

I did this for our trip in June. We just recently made our decision and cancelled the unneeded reservation. It was no problem.

Thanks for the responses...I made the extra reservation and will cancel what we need shortly (just want to be sure we get the same great rates while we think everything over...won't take us long).
