Reservations and birthdays question

Best friend and I are going in 2 months to celebrate our birthdays, I had them note that we were celebrating our birthdays with our resort reservations and we are going to get birthday pins when we get there. That being said my question is will they know that we are celebrating our birthdays at the restaraunts we have adr's at or do I need to add that to our adr also.

What are you hoping to achieve? Hundreds, if not thousands, of folks celebrate something important to them every day. Disney can not -and does not acknowledge each one. I go for our anniversary each year & always note it. It is seldom ever acknowledged. If you want something special your best bet is to plan -and pay- for it. Perhaps a cake from the cake thread?

It's fine to add a celebration to your reservation and if it is acknowledged-great, if not, no big deal. We added my son's birthday to all our reservations in October. Sometimes he received something special, sometimes it was just a Happy Birthday. I did order a cake for our own celebration at Chef Mickey's, but other than that, nothing was expected. I don't think the OP is looking for anything "extra".

I'm not excepting to get something just because I added it to the reservation. It's my best friends first trip and any "extra magic" would be greatly appreciated, if we don't get anything even if it were just a happy birthday we will still have a magical trip.

I have never been to celebrate something so I didn't know what needed to be done to atleast note that we were celebrating...

I leave in 3 weeks with BFF for our birthday trip.
This is the third time we have gone over our birthday time.....we just wear our buttons and our tiaras and they notice. We have gotten lots of best wishes, cupcakes, signed cards, stickers, confetti.
Never expect anything, so anything they do is wonderful!
