Reservations - am I doing something wrong?

I am trying to book dining reservations for our trip (I'm within the 60+ booking window) and running into some headscratchers. Several restaurants seem to be booked solid for our entire length of stay, even though they have availability almost every day for several weeks prior. For example, both Be Our Guest and Cinderella's Royal Table have availability in the first half of February but no availability after 2/13. That made sense for Cindy's, I suppose, but surprised me for Be Our Guest. Then I started checking other restaurants and even Jungle Skipper is booked solid 60+ days out? That doesn't sound right. I'm not seeing the same issue at restaurants in other parks. Is something up at Magic Kingdom, or am I maybe doing this wrong?

ETA: The dates with no availability were the last two weeks in Feb and the first week in Mar. Now the availability search is either just spinning when I try to check those dates or giving me an error message saying "We are unable to check for available tables at this time..."

That is the week that most schools in the northeast are closed for President’s week/winter break. So those restaurants could be full.

Ok, that sounds more like an IT issue then. Hopefully it clears up for you!!
 
If you’re picking ‘Lunch’ or ’Dinner’ for time, you might try a specific time of day. I was able to find openings trying say 4:30 pm, but just had a spinning circle checking for Dinner.

I'm seeing a lot of availabilty for BOG for 3 people during those weeks. On the app I didn't see any CRT but when I went on the mobile site there was availability.
 
You probably already tried this, but make sure you are clicking all the time choices. Sometime 6:00 will say nothing is available, but 5:30 will bring up lots of 6:00ish options. It’s very glitchy.
 
Also keep checking as your trip gets closer. A lot of people book backup/undecided reservations and will cancel between one day - one week before. We booked all our reservations in the 3-4 weeks before our trip and kept checking back. Skipper Canteen should have availability. So far this trip, Chef Mickeys, California Grill and CRT have been practically impossible. On the plus side, we are discovering some new restaurants that we otherwise wouldn’t have tried.

also the site and app are super glitchy. If it says “no reservations found...” just re-run the search.

CRT, very specifically, has been really glitchy on the app. Going to the website has yielded better results.
